HE IS LEGEND

The band's origins trace back to the late 1990s, when Schuylar Croom (vocals), Adam Tanbouz (guitar), Matt Williams (bass), and Steven Bache (drums) began performing under different names before settling on He Is Legend in 2003. Their debut EP, 91025 (2004), led to a deal with Solid State Records, and their first full-length album, I Am Hollywood (2004), gained them a strong following.

Their second album, Suck Out the Poison (2006), marked a shift in their sound, incorporating sludge metal and stoner rock influences. Over the years, they continued to refine their style, with albums like It Hates You (2009), Heavy Fruit (2014), and White Bat (2019), each showcasing their experimental approach to heavy music.

He Is Legend is known for their dynamic songwriting, blending melodic and aggressive elements. Their music often features groovy riffs, eerie atmospheres, and Southern rock undertones. They have toured extensively with bands like Chimaira, DragonForce, and Killswitch Engage, solidifying their place in the alternative metal scene.
