Tracheotomy is a deathcore band from Florida that combines the production values and brutality of early Suicide Silence and The Red Chord with the energy of modern hardcore acts like Jesus Piece. Their music also incorporates the technicality of Obscura. The band's first single, "My Fragmented Existence", was released in 2021, and their debut EP, Dissimulation, was released in 2022. Tracheotomy's music has been gaining popularity on social media and underground media outlets.
