The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus is an American rock band that originated in Middleburg, Florida, in 2003. The band's name was chosen through a voting process where members threw random words on a wall. Their music blends alternative rock, post-hardcore, pop-punk, and emo influences.

The band's major breakthrough came with their 2006 debut album, "Don't You Fake It," which featured the hit single "Face Down"—a song that resonated deeply with fans and became their biggest success. The album was certified Platinum by the RIAA. Over the years, they have released multiple albums, including "Lonely Road" (2009), "Am I the Enemy" (2011), and "4" (2014).
