Justin Furstenfeld is an American musician and actor. He is best known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and lyricist of the rock band Blue October. Additionally, he performs with the band Harvard of the South. When not touring with his band, Furstenfeld resides in San Marcos, Texas. He is the brother of Blue October drummer Jeremy Furstenfeld. Furstenfeld has been open about his struggles with depression, addiction, and recovery. In 2020, a documentary titled “Get Back Up” was released, shedding light on his experiences.
